My dearest Eidan,
Mommy tried very hard not to cry today while getting ready for work. I went in to your room and did the “Good Morning” routine and you were smiling and cooing and just as happy as can be. I had to do a quick drop off at grandma’s house otherwise I would’ve stayed there, holding on to you and bawling for sure.
The 12 weeks have gone by so fast and it has been a joy to share every single moment with you. Hmmm, okay, maybe the first few weeks when I was so sleep deprived were not such fun ones!
You are truly the light of my life, and everyday I love you more and more. Here’s to a great 2012 as we celebrate a year of firsts for you (I truly hope I do not miss any!!). Stay happy and healthy, my sweet little man. And I hope you grow up knowing how much you are loved.
